For this
scarf with fringes out of silk and linen,
two different colors were chosen: yellow for the silk and red for the linen fibers. After dyeing, fine stripes out of blue
FLYFEL®-melweb were felted onto the orange changeable fabric. Small pieces of light green
Pongé were embedded into the wool and create beautiful contrasts and shining effects. Nuno-Felt scarf. Design example. For this example scarf a piece of
FLYFEL®-melweb was felted together with a
Scherli-Scarf, which has a fine pearl pattern. The high-gloss viscose dots appear like small pearls on the wool. After felting, the edges out of the cut-out circles were stitched with
bead yarn.
