Indian Noil Silk

A heavy indian bourette silk. The fabric is completely bleached and shows a light creme color. Because of the bleach it is very soft and has a comfortable almost velvety grip. The surface shimmer semi-gloss and has a dense weave structure. The bourette is very suitable for coloring and printing. The light color is nearly asking to be dyed. This quality falls heavily and softly and makes a great clothing fabric that can be used to make summer coats as well as pants and jackets. In the area of living decoration this wonderful silk also leaves nothing to be desired. For example curtains, heavy pillows, elegant table clothes are suitable.
