This scarf was shuffled together lengthwise, at some parts more or less tightly wrapped and dyed in a pot filled with steam-fixable silk paint, until the desired color intensity is reached. The tied off parts stay white, or rather absorb only little paint.

This scarf out of Crinkle Chiffon 4.5 was first dyed in a pot with a discreet tie-dye effect. The decorative fringed edges on both ends and the small curls were formed and felted, using lavender- and purple-colored FLYFEL®-tops.
